Have you ever felt like you were standing on the edge of something bigger—but weren’t quite sure if you had what it takes to step forward?
Maybe there’s a dream stirring in your heart, but self-doubt whispers that you’re not ready. Perhaps you’re looking at your life and wondering if the pieces you hold are enough to build something meaningful. Maybe you’ve been waiting for a sign—for confirmation that you’re qualified, prepared, and worthy of what’s next.
I get it. I’ve been there too.
So often, we believe that if we accomplish a little more, learn a little more, and become a little more, then we’ll finally be ready. But what if I told you that you already have what you need? That the gifts, the calling, the purpose—it’s already inside of you.
The real question isn’t whether you’ve got what it takes. The question is: Will you trust God with what’s already in your hands?
Because when we stop striving to be “enough” and start surrendering what we have, that’s where the miracle happens.
When Your Offering Feels Small
If there’s anything that will make you question whether you’re capable, it’s marriage and motherhood.
No matter how much you prepare, there are moments when you feel stretched beyond your limits—when the baby won’t stop crying, when your patience wears thin, and when the weight of responsibility feels too heavy to carry. And let’s be honest: some days, it’s hard not to compare yourself to the moms who seem to be doing it all effortlessly or the wives who always have the right words and the perfect grace. For me, grace feels extra hard on days when I am underslept and overstimulated (can all the infant and toddler moms say amen?)
But here’s the truth: what you see as “not enough” is exactly where God does His best work.
In John 6:9, a boy offers Jesus his two fish and five loaves—barely anything compared to the need before him. But when he surrendered what little he had, a miracle unfolded.
God isn’t asking you to have more to give. He’s simply asking for your willingness.
Your messy, imperfect offerings—the whispered prayers over your children, the small acts of kindness in your marriage, the quiet ways you show up every day—are more than enough when placed in His hands.
When It Feels Impossible
Some days, the dreams in your heart might feel impossible to carry alongside the life you’re living now. Maybe you wonder how to balance it all—how to be present with your family while also pursuing the calling God has placed within you. Maybe you feel torn between who you once were and who you’re becoming (I know this one too well).
But impossibility has never been an obstacle for God.
Look at Mary. A young woman carrying the promise of a Savior. She didn’t have it all figured out. She didn’t have all the answers. And yet, she chose to trust.
“Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill what he has spoken to her!” – Luke 1:45
Mary didn’t have to make sense of it all. She simply had to say yes.
God isn’t asking you to figure out how everything will work. He’s simply inviting you to trust Him with the steps right in front of you. To believe that He is working in the ordinary moments—the diaper changes, the difficult conversations, and the unseen sacrifices.
Because He is the one who makes the impossible possible.
When You Wonder If What You Have Is Enough
What if, instead of waiting to feel “ready,” you embraced the truth that you already are?
What if you stopped measuring yourself against expectations and instead leaned into the grace that is already covering you?
Because the truth is, you don’t need to prove yourself to God. He has already placed everything you need inside of you. The patience, the strength, the creativity, the resilience—it’s already there. And all He’s asking is that you trust Him with it.
So take a deep breath. Release the pressure. Stop waiting until you feel more prepared.
You already have what you need.
And God? He’ll take care of the rest.
With love & grace,
Kristina
